- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- AZOPRO 280 SC is a fungicide for the control of Botrytis on Roses, Yellow & Stem Rust on Wheat. AZOPRO 280 SC is a broad-spectrum systemic fungicide containing Azoxystrobin 200 g/L and Cyproconazole 80 g/L formulated as a Suspension Concentrate (SC). It provides effective preventive and curative control of Botrytis in roses and Yellow Rust and Stem Rust in wheat. Its systemic and translaminar movement ensures thorough protection of treated foliage and newly developing plant tissues.
- MODE OF ACTION
- AZOPRO 280 SC combines two fungicides with different modes of action for enhanced disease control and resistance management. Azoxystrobin belongs to the strobilurin group (FRAC Group 11, QoI fungicides) and works by inhibiting mitochondrial respiration through disruption of electron transport in fungal cells, preventing ATP production and stopping fungal growth. Cyproconazole belongs to the triazole group (FRAC Group 3, DMI fungicides) and inhibits sterol biosynthesis by blocking the demethylation process required for fungal cell membrane formation. Together, these active ingredients provide preventive, curative, systemic, and translaminar activity against a broad range of fungal pathogens.

| CROP | DISEASE | APPLICATION RATE | Timing |
| Roses | Botrytis | 750 ml/ha/1000 L water OR 15 ml/20 L water | At onset of disease, apply 3 times at 10-14 days interval |
| Wheat | Yellow Rust, Stem Rust | 750 ml/ha/200–400 L water or 75 ml/20 L water | Spray at the first sign of the disease during the tillering stage. A repeat spray at 21-28 days |
- PHI (Pre-Harvest Interval) Wheat: 14 days
- REI (Re-Entry Interval) Do not enter treated areas until spray deposits have dried completely. Re-entry is permitted after 6 hours following application.
- APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Apply preventively or at the earliest signs of disease infection.
- Ensure thorough coverage of all plant surfaces for optimum disease control.
- Use the recommended water volumes for each crop.
- Maintain continuous agitation during mixing and spraying.
- Rotate with fungicides from different FRAC groups as part of an integrated resistance management program.
- Avoid spraying during excessively windy conditions to minimize spray drift.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment during mixing and application.
