• PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• ALFATOX 100EC is a contact and stomach insecticide formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) containing Alphacypermethrin 100 g/L. It is designed for effective control of aphids, thrips, whiteflies, and leaf miners on French beans. ALFATOX 100EC acts rapidly on insect pests upon contact, providing quick knockdown and effective population reduction. Its strong contact activity makes it suitable for use at the onset of infestation to prevent economic damage.

• MODE OF ACTION: Alphacypermethrin belongs to the synthetic pyrethroid group of insecticides (IRAC Group 3A). It acts on the insect nervous system by disrupting sodium channel function, leading to hyperexcitation, paralysis, and death.

• METHOD OF APPLICATION: Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water. Add the recommended quantity of ALFATOX 100EC and mix thoroughly. Top up with the remaining volume of water while stirring continuously. Apply as a full-cover foliar spray, ensuring thorough coverage of all plant parts.
• APPLICATION GUIDELINES

1. Apply at the first sign of aphids, thrips, whiteflies, or leaf miner infestation
2. Ensure complete wetting of foliage
3. Apply as a full-cover foliar spray
4. Repeat applications at 7-day intervals
5. Avoid spraying during periods of active bee foraging

• Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI): 7 days
• Re-Entry Interval (REI): Safe to re-enter treated areas after spray deposits have dried; generally after 6 hours
