Powerful Contact Fungicide

MASTA GOLD 720WG is a contact protectant fungicide for control of blight in potatoes & tomatoes.

MASTA GOLD 720WG offers powerful dual-action control , and is suitable for downy mildew in roses, blight control in tomatoes, or reliable protection for potatoes during rainy seasons.

 MODE OF ACTION

Mancozeb is a broad-spectrum, non-systemic (contact) fungicide used to protect crops against a wide range of fungal diseases. It works by disrupting multiple metabolic pathways within fungal cells, and is classified as a multi-site inhibitor, thus it poses a very low risk for resistance development.

Metalaxyl-M (also known as Mefenoxam) is a highly effective, systemic fungicide that works by disrupting the nucleic acid metabolism of pathogens. It specifically targets oomycetes, such as Phytophthora and Pythium, which cause diseases like downy mildew and root rot. It’s dual-action feature makes it a strong fungicide.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Fill the spray tank half way with water. Add the recommended amount of MASTA GOLD 720WG into the mixing tank. Add the remaining amount of water while stirring constantly.

Application Guidelines

1. Apply preventively or at early signs of disease
2. Ensure thorough coverage of foliage
3. Spray before heavy rainfall for best results
4. Maintain recommended spray intervals during wet seasons
5. Rotate with fungicides from different mode-of-action groups

RE-ENTRY INTERVAL: As a general rule, it is safe to enter treated areas after the spray mist has dried. Areas sprayed with MASTA GOLD 720WG are safe to enter after 4 hrs.
